Blend extra virgin olive oil

Balanced aroma, not too bitter, mildly spicy, with hints of artichoke and grass and an aftertaste of sweet almonds.
The Blend has an acidity between 0.1 and 0.2% and is characterized by a high percentage of monounsaturated fats (80%) and a low number of peroxides, which make it very digestible.
Excellent on fish dishes, both raw and cooked, vegetables and pasta.
Produced and packaged in the Euganean Hills.

Storage times and methods:
Store extra virgin olive oil in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Consume within 18 months from the bottling date.
