Made in Adria by Laura Beltrami, this artisan hare ragù is made for game lovers, but it also wins over more delicate palates thanks to careful, hand-crafted preparation.

Made for lovers of bold yet balanced flavours. A hand-made sauce, prepared according to tradition, that combines the richness of game meat with the delicacy of a preparation cared for down to the smallest detail.

Made with 60% hare meat, red wine (sulphites), pork lard, onions, garlic, tomato paste, extra virgin olive oil, salt and spices, it stands out for its round, harmonious flavour. Marinating in lemon before cooking removes the wild aftertaste typical of hare, making this ragù surprisingly soft and pleasant on the palate.

A full-bodied, rich and natural sauce, made the way it used to be, with no preservatives and no shortcuts.

How to enjoy it at its best:

🍝 A must with egg pasta – Tagliatelle, pappardelle, fettuccine or lasagne: every shape brings out its intensity.
