White Asparagus from Pernumia in Saor

White Asparagus from Pernumia in SAOR was the first product of the "Le Specialità in SAOR" line.

The Pernumia asparagus has a peculiarity that sets it apart from the others: it is not very fibrous, so it is much more versatile in the kitchen.

It is the flagship product of Agricola Baraldo and is preserved thanks to this ancient preparation, which makes it excellent as a starter or as a side dish to accompany meats and cured meats.

Ingredients: White asparagus (60), white onions, sultanas, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and wine vinegar

Nutritional values per 100 g of product : Energy 1571 kJ / 380 kcal, fat 33 g (of which saturates 4.7 g), carbohydrate 17 g (of which sugars 16 g), fibre 2.3 g, protein 2.5 g, salt 9 g.
